In the recent episode of Netflix’s Pop Star Academy: Katseye, Lexie, a 19-year-old from Stockholm, Sweden, receives plenty of praise from viewers for her talent, but she eliminated herself after the sixth episode.
Pop Star Academy, a docu-series about the creation of the first global girl group, Katseye, provides a K-pop training program to twenty aspiring K-pop stars, and Lexie was one of them.
Officials quickly recognized Lexie as a top contender for a position in Katseye because of her dancing and singing skills and star power, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen.
After being part of the show for six episodes, Lexie decided to leave on the seventh episode. Lexie didn’t reveal the reason for leaving the show, but she had expressed her gratitude for being able to become a significant part of it via Instagram.
With the lengthy caption, she wrote, “I have made the decision to leave Dream Academy…Dream Academy will always have a special place in my heart, but now it’s meant for me to start a new chapter in my life.“
