Famous designer Eduardo Xol of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition passed away at the age of 58 after a stabbing incident in his apartment.
Throughout his life, Eduardo Xol kept his romantic life anonymous as opposed to the fame he got in public as a famous television personality.
However, on February 15, 2015, he hinted at his love life by posting an Instagram photo with the caption “Happy Valentine’s Day!” The post included a photo of two hands of men held together, suggesting that Eduardo Xol didn’t have a wife or girlfriend but a husband or possibly a boyfriend.
Additionally, Eduardo Xol announced through Facebook on May 11, 2017, that he was in a domestic partnership. However, he never mentioned who his partner was.
Even though Eduardo Xol kept his partner private, he openly cherished his family, especially his sister, Monica Cajayon.
Educado Xol believed family is the most important and had a close bond with his sister, Monica!
Eduardo mentioned in an interview that he and his Monica were close their whole lives. In 1998, after his sister was diagnosed with Lupus, he provided her the emotional support she needed.
Additionally, he expressed his gratitude for his family, “I think it comes from our parents and relatives who taught us how important family bonds are …… Friends can come and go, but family is always there for you if you nurture that relationship.“
Xol’s family gave a statement after his demise saying he was a kind person who had touched many lives. They have also donated to the Lupus Foundation of America in Educardo’s name.
Along with Educado’s family, his friend Richard Pérez-Feria posted a heartfelt tribute to him on Instagram. He has referred to Eduardo as “A talented, beautiful, passionate friend, brother, son, and partner.”
