Well, this fact is that, though the hype is at its peak, the news is not verified with solid proof. Nyanners has not publically addressed about her pregnancy and whatever news is ongoing might be just the speculation.

In an Announcement video uploaded on her YouTube a year ago, she roleplayed pregnant lady and giving birth in a toilet. she even named the baby Dr Gabagool Peeper.
At first, she was unaware of the birth. However, she expressed the pain of giving birth and welcomed the little guy.
Nyanners even made her audience visualize that she had made the birth certificate of the baby weighing 10 lbs. She assumed that the baby was born on 28 of January, from her poop. And she has said she used to be a better gamer before shitting.
Further, in the video, she talked about visiting the hospital and taking medications. But, apart from that, being a private person, she has hidden her personal life and focused on her online character.
