Matthew Farwell, the 38-year-old former detective of the Stoughton Police Department, has been indicted for taking the life of a 23-year-old pregnant girl, Sandra Birchmore, in February 2021 after physically exploiting her for years.
Matthew allegedly started having a physical relationship with Sandra when she was just 15 years old. Despite the involvement with her, Matthew tied the knot with his wife, whose name remains private, in 2013.
As written in the detention affidavit released by the United States Department of Justice, Sandra wanted to let the wife of Matthew Farwell know about her affair.

In October 2020, she even prepared a text to send Matthew’s wife, which read, “I am just messaging to inform you that your husband Matthew has been out cheating on you since before you guys were even married.”
Unfortunately, the text message didn’t appear to have reached Matthew’s wife and remained in draft.
Matthew Farwell’s wife was in pregnancy labor when he sneakingly reached Sandra’s apartment and allegedly ended her life!
When Sandra Birchmore lost her life in February 2021, Matthew Farwell and his wife were preparing to welcome their third child.
According to NBC reports, prosecutors informed the media Matthew allegedly slaughtered the young girl, Sandra, inside her Canton apartment just a few hours before his third child was born.
Reports say a surveillance camera captured Matthew entering the Canton apartment at 9:14 PM with a medical-type face mask and covering his head with a hoodie.
According to his colleague, he doesn’t prefer to wear a mask even during his duty time, but he sneaks into the girl’s place with a mask, eventually creating suspicion.
Almost half an hour later, the camera spotted him leaving the apartment. After that, he probably headed toward his wife, who was about to give birth at the time.
Three years have passed since the incident, and now, authorities have dragged Matthew under the law in the case based on several pieces of evidence, but sources say that he pleaded no guilty in court.
