After her performance against the Seattle Storm on Sunday, American basketball player for the Indiana Fever Lexie Hull drew fans’ attention, as people appeared curious to know if she had a husband, but the truth is, she is not married yet.
But, having said that doesn’t mean Hull is single. She has been dating former baseball player Will Matthiessen, who played Pittsburgh Pilates, for a long time.
The athlete couple, who met during their studies at Stanford University, has been dating since May 2, 2020.
On May 2, 2024, Will made an Instagram post about their fourth dating anniversary, captioning it, “The best four years. Here’s to many more ❤️.” The couple seem madly in love, often sharing pictures on their Instagram handles.

William Joseph Matthiessen is a Stanford graduate and former professional baseball player who was born on January 09, 1998, in Tualatin, Oregon, United States.
While he was a part of different sports in college, Will played for Stanford Cardinal, a football program, and received several honors.
In addition to football, he also played baseball during his college career, with a batting average of .305 and 91 hits, 75 RBIs, and 19 home runs.
In addition, in 2019, he was a finalist for the John Olerud Award, a college baseball award given to the best two-way player of the season. He was chosen by Pittsburg Pirates in the 6th round in 2019, coming in at 184th overall.
However, after playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates from June 2019 to February 2024, Will voluntarily retired from baseball, MILB reports.
While he wanted to pursue new passions in finance and investing, he has been working as a venture associate at Commonwealth Impact Investing since March 2023.
