American football wide receiver Jacoby Jones unexpectedly passed away at the age of 40 on July 14, 2024, while sleeping at his residence in Houston, Texas. At the time of his passing, he must have been unmarried since the former Baltimore Ravens never talked about having a wife in the media.
But when he was alive, his family continuously accompanied him, including his beloved mother, Emily London Jones, and his 11-year-old son Coby.
Now, as he has left the living world, people’s hearts go out to them, especially to Junior Jacoby.
Recently, footballer Torrey Smith shared a heartfelt tweet on his Twitter praising Jacoby and showing concern for his son. He wrote, “My brother…..Your play on the field and jokes will live on forever! We have Momma Jones a Lil Coby’s back for life! This one hurt me man!…”
Meanwhile, while Twitter is flooded with condolence messages, his grieving family has urged the media to keep them in their prayers and respect their privacy.
Jacoby Jones raised his only child, Coby, with his mother, Emily, by his side
Late Jacoby Jones became a father, welcoming his son Coby on August 14, 2012, probably with his then-girlfriend or maybe wife. Well, it’s yet under media review.
However, regarding his social media posts, he raised his only child, Coby, with his mom. Since Coby was a toddler, the media spotted him only with his dad and grandma.
Likewise, as a grandmother, Emily adores her grandson Coby and feels fortunate to have him in her life.
On Coby’s 5th birthday in 2017, Emily shared a post on her Instagram, writing, “Today is a special day for me. God blessed me with my grandson five years ago!……MeMe’s Baby Boy, My World!”
In the coming August 2024, Coby is turning 12 years old, but before that, he lost his father. Well, what to say further, we express our deep condolences to the grieving family. May god grant them to overcome such a difficult situation.
