Illia Golem Yefimchyk, a Belarusian man renowned as the world’s “most monstrous bodybuilder,” recently passed away at the young age of 36, leaving his wife and loved ones devastated.
The demise of the bodybuilder, also known as The Mutant, was confirmed by an Instagram post on September 10, 2024, with the caption, “Close sources confirm the death of Illia Golem, the 340 LBS beast.“
Furthermore, according to the New York Post, Illia Yefimchyk suffered a heart attack and fell into a coma on September 6, though his wife Anna performed CPR while waiting for an ambulance.
Illia Yefimchyk was immediately taken to the hospital, but despite the efforts of his wife and medical experts, he passed away two days after he suffered a heart attack.
Similarly, Illia Yefimchyk’s wife, Anna, told local media, “I spent every day by his side, hoping, and his heart started beating again for two days.” She continued by saying that, unfortunately, the doctor gave her terrible news that Illia’s brain failed.
