Austin Li Coon, a runner-up in Survivor 45, gave an update on his love life and opened up about his relationship with Amanda Probst via Instagram post.
On September 13, 2024, Austin Li Coon, well known for his participation in Survivor 45 took his Instagram to make his relationship public with Amanda Probst.
In the post, he shared the memories they have made together so far with a caption “So this happened… just as shocked as you are, Instagram meet Amanda!”
Additionally, Austin mentioned that he and Amanda met for the first time in November 2023, in Chicago. He added, “Wild to think that our casual meet-up to talk about Survivor would lead to 10 months of cross-country flights to visit each other.”
Likewise, he said, “She is amazing and has made this year the most fun I’ve ever had.” Besides, he also indirectly clarified his connection with Dee from Survivor 45 and said, “I know that this might be a surprise to some given how 45 ended, but the season finished filming last spring and everything since happened in a respectful way.”
Moreover, even Austin’s mom, Eva Li Coon made a post on X expressing her happiness to see Austin and Amanda together.
Amanda Probst, a niece of Jeff Probst, is a master’s graduate in nutrition!
Austin Li’s girlfriend, Amanda Probst was born as an elder daughter of Brent Probst and Hilary Probst. She grew up alongside her sister Abby.
Coming to her educational pursuits, she completed her bachelor’s in 2022 from the University of Arizona and gained a degree in nutrition sciences.
Additionally, Amanda acquired a master’s in nutrition sciences from Arizona State University and graduated in May 2024.
Besides, she worked as a nutrition specialist in the University of Arizona from August 2021 to May 2022, as food and beverage assistant at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from May 2023 to September 2023.
Currently, Amanda has been working as a dietetic intern at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona from January, 2024, as per her LinkedIn profile.
