Colin Gray, the father of Colt Gray, was arrested for not being a good parent

After the gruesome attack in the Apalachee High School, Georgia, which was perpetrated by the native Colt Gray, his father, Colin Gray, is arrested.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) arrested Colin on the grounds that he was linked with the school attack.

While the authorities do not cite a direct connection, the father has been charged with 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter, 8 counts of cruelty to children, and 2 charges of second-degree mu*der.

Here, involuntary manslaughter implies that Colin was involved in the unlawful ki*lings, but the involvement was not direct. He caused it either by negligence or recklessness.

After the news of Colin’s arrest has blown up the internet, people search for information about him. Few wonder if he also had a troubled childhood with his parents.

Well, while the information about the perpetrator’s mother is readily available, nothing about Colin is out on the internet yet!

After the Columbine in 1999, there has been a total of 416 school sh*otings in the US. Among them, 195 were committed by children who were 17 or less.

And not to be surprised, 80% of those children got the weapons from their parents or some relatives. So, based on that, people started raising their concerns about parenting and how it affects a child’s brain.

Charles Polhamus, the perpetrator’s maternal grandfather, was also one of them. He asked for the indictment of his son-in-law, Colin. He firmly believed Colin was connected to the incident because he was not a good father or husband.

Various sources claim that Colin Gray was abusive towards his wife, Marcee Anne Gray, which eventually led to their divorce.

According to the Twitter user @ArtCandee, Colin himself gifted the weapon, an AR-15, to Colt Gray as a Christmas present.

In other news, there are speculations that Colin himself was going through episodes of post-traumatic depression. So, the apple does not fall far from the tree, does it?

From what we believe, Colt had a pretty bad childhood at home. On top of that, there is news about Colt Gray being trans, so we can assume he had a pretty hard school life.

But, nothing can justify what the guy did. It was plain evil and carried with malice.
